Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Personalized/custom items (unless defective or damaged)
- Final sale or clearance items
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, contact us at support@impscrafts.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchange requests, please email us at support@impscrafts.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- First check your bank or credit card statement
- Then contact your bank or card provider (some delays may occur)
- Still no refund? Contact us at support@impscrafts.com and we’ll help investigate
